I am a multi-style Yoga and mobility teacher, breathwork coach, arm-balance enthusiast and self-professed anatomy / biomechanics  and quantum physics geek.

I come from an applied physics, art and industrial design background.  A lot of the classes that I create are inspired by my musings in quantum physics, our perception of time and space, mixed in anatomy, exploration of movement, the time and space within our bodies and mind, then I let the artistic side of my brain put the sequences together to create a well rounded class experience.

In my signature classes, I teach creative Vinyasa and Hatha styles of Yoga asana (postures) with a playful blend of anatomy lessons (because anatomy is love), mobility and strengthening drills, Tai Chi, Quigong and breathing techniques. I am passionate about the physiological aspects of breathwork, mental wellness and behavioral and thinking patterns.

My intention always, is to keep my classes a safe space for my students to practice being their most authentic selves without fear of judgement, to make my classes a place of self exploration and study, a place to connect and have fun. I want to help my students to feel their bodies and their physical capabilities, to articulate their inner dialogues clearly, to create an honest narrative to connect to the self and the world around them. 

Yoga and breath work has taught me so much about myself and the importance of pausing, mindfulness and self-awareness. The practice trains me to become more responsive as opposed to reactive, towards the turbulences of my mind, body and the world around me. It helps me so much with my overall well being, mental health and sense of balance, and that is the main reason I decided to become a teacher; so that I can share what I have experienced, what I know, to continue learning and spread what I absorb for as long as I can.

Learning how to breathe better, to move with intention, to synchronize my mind and body, saved my life. That's why I am here.

I understand that every single body and mind is unique, and there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach in my style of training.
